A: no chance. the body styles are completely different. just look at your car from the front and look at the bumper. the 99 mustang is just too small to fit the 05 bumper. sorry. depending on how much the person is selling you the bumper for, you may be able to just buy an aftermarket bumper for the same price.

Well, I added under-the-dash neon to my car, and I was fixing it to a switch when I thought I had it done, and then it went off. Now I’m assuming that I shorted out a fuse or two because the windows will not go up and my speakers do not work. Also the satellite radio does not work. My question is…What # fuses in correlation to what it says on the box would be the right one’s to check to affirm that a short is my problem?
A: you might have to refer to the users manual for this one. it will usually tell you the number of the fuse and what exactly it supplies power to. look it up, then start pulling the fuses from the box. you can tell if it has been shorted cause that little connector piece in the middle will be busted. if nothing else, you can just go fuse by fuse and check everyone for a short lol. its a little annoying, but it doesnt take more than 5 or 10 min.
Q: aux adapter for 05 ford mustang?
I’m looking for an auxiliary adapter for my 05 mustang. The PIE FRD04-AUX is the only one I’ve found. Are there any better ones? And will I need anything else for the install besides wiring?
A: Looks like thats the only one available.. pretty clever to convert the Stacker jack into an Mp3 input.
But I think most people just fit an aftermarket headunit with USB inputs

A: Yes, but there will be a lot of modifications involving the motor mounts. A couple people have already put Cobra motors (03-04) in their foxes and had it work, but the modular motor is wider than the 5.0 that was in the 86 (yes I know yours was a 4). I don’t know anyone personally that has done it, but check out the Corral.net for some ideas. Hit up the tech sections for the 5.0 and the 2005+ and ask the same question.

I heard from somewher that you can get an 05 mustang gt up to 500 plus horsepower and I was wondering how and how much money would this cost
A: A stock GT w/ a supercharger can give you about 430 HP. Internals/bottom end of the motor should be built up (pistons,rods etc.) if you want to hold it together after that. Its for the overhead (dome) lights (2) for the interior on the Ford Mustang, they are round looking if that helps. Ive searched and couldn’t find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

A: Well that really depends on what you want. A supercharger, if we are talking about a Roots type will give you power on demand. Boost right off of the bat and all the way into higher rpms. If it is centrifugal supercharger then that is more like a turbo. It still runs off of the pullies on the engine but there is more of lag for your boost and you wont get it until about 4000 rpms.
Turbo runs off of the excess exhaust created by the engine and you wont see your boost until higher rpms like the centrifugal supercharger.
Overall, a Turbo setup will give you more power and is more customizable. The only problem with them is that they are more prone to breaking because it is easy to run off of too much boost. Also they give power more on the top end. If you want more power quick then go with the Roots type supercharger. Its what the Cobra’s use and those effers are fast.

A: No – the mass air flow sensor will adjust the fuel flow correctly based on the inlet air temperature – you should have no problems and actually not even require a retune.
