A: 1. Turn ignition from OFF to RUN 8 times within 10 seconds, with the 8th time ending in
RUN. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming mode.

2. Within 20 seconds press any button on first keyless remote. Door locks will cycle
to confirm programming.

3. Within 20 seconds, press any button on second keyless remote. Door locks will
cycle again to confirm programming.

4. Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.

Q: Any upgrade ideas for 2007 Ford Mustang V6 and where to get them?
I have 2007 Ford Mustang V6 that I want to begin working on. I have a few Ideas but Id like to know what else I can do other than what I have in mind. I want to put fog lights and dual exhaust. I just dont know where to get them at reasonable prices. any other ideas?

A: With the amount of money required to turn a Mustang into race car, you may as well just buy a new car. If you just want to ‘improve’ your car’s image by making it into a fake race car…there are better things to spend money on. Your car won’t drive any better with two exhausts and fog lights.

If you want a Mustang to be an actual race car, you’d need to…

1. Replace the horrible live axle with independent rear suspension and a limited-slip differential.
2. Replace the engine with something that doesn’t utterly suck (52.5 HP per liter? Come on! Even the Accord has a higher specific output!).
3. Install adjustable coil-over shocks for all four wheels.
4. Buy a set of racing tires.

That would be enough to make your car respectably quick and nimble. To go further, you could…

5. Tune the intake and exhaust pipes (so pressure waves arrive at the valves at just the right time).
6. Install a supercharger or turbocharger.
7. Increase the bore or compression ratio of your engine.

Q: Is there any way to turn off traction control on 2007 Ford Mustang?
I just got an 07 Mustang, 4.0 Liter V6, with pony package, and was wondering if there was anyway to turn off the traction control. On my other vehicle there was a button on the dash to turn off but there’s not one on this car.
I was out of town any my dad picked it up for me. And I won’t be able to get the owners manual til this weekend…

A: The button is on the top of the dash area with the rest of the other accessories button, you can’t miss it, it’s labeled TCS. Press it (keep it pressed), and you will hear a beep and OFF will illuminate on the button. Everytime you turn on the vehicle, it resets itself back to the ON position. If you don’t see this button at all, then it means your vehicle isn’t equipped with it.

Q: Where are the fuses of a 2007 ford mustang located?
My back right side break/turn light wont work, but the lights light up when headlights are turned on. I’m assuming that it’s a problem with the fuse.

A: Get the Mustang……..you only live once. I didnt do that. I now am 31, two kids, and NOW im looking into a sporty car to ride in. i wish I’d done it sooner!

also, if your family is not paying for it, then who cares what their answer is. after all, they will love you know matter what kind of car you drive.

And another thing, your husband is not home. he is serving his life in the form of duty for our country. You dont get the happiness of the total/normal married life like some people do. If this car will make you happy, then go for it. You deserve it in ways that not too many people will understand anyways.

However, in general amber lights are advisory, red lights mean don’t drive.

Don’t get me wrong, you couldn’t beg me to get rid of this car! But… winter driving stinks. Anyone with experience driving a Mustang in a Canadian winter? Would love to hear recommendations for the best winter tires out there. I travel with a child in the car, so cost is not a factor for me; I want to ensure safety – and also don’t want to spend another winter getting stuck in every parking lot!

A: Blizzak is the best, if money is no option. they really arent THAT bad..but I dont run them, I cant afford them. I run the stock Pirellis, I think they get great traction.

A: We just bought a 07 and I did all my searching on Yahoo autos. Use the used car search and put in the year you are looking for and even new ones come up. It was very helpful if you want to actually go see and drive before you buy.
