A: Go with the hardtop. Convertibles are nice when the weather is good but if it’s cold, really hot or rainy they are no fun. I loved my convertible for about 6 months after that it got old in a hurry.

A: well 1st of all its really not good for the car or the tires….
bit of technique all that’s required:
-clutch in, rev to about 2000rpm
-keep your foot on the gas, dump the clutch and using your clutch foot immediately apply the brakes….feather the accelerator more or less for the burnout you are looking for.

I’m looking at buying a gt premium mustang and don’t like the shaker 500/1000 system that are set at factory.If i was to have a prof. install an aftermarket radio with amp and subs, would i breach any warranty that could intern void one or all warranties given on the vehicle?
A: I have an 06 gt. Forget the shaker system., It’s junk. More over, the cd skipper 6 disc is junk. All it does is skip. Even when brand new. I really don’t even listen to cd’s anymore its so bad.
It will not breach a warranty unless its the installations fault that something went bad. IE; blown fuses, short in electrical system, failed alarm, lighting issue. If you have it professionally installed and have electical checked like they do-you’ll be okay.

A: If you use the Jupiter Jack, you can not listen to the radio.
Check Ford accessories. There are hands free kits you can have installed(basically a bluetooth).

A: that’s up to you…..if you run high grade oil and change it every 3-4 months…service it regularly and when something breaks fix it quickly – will last a long time.
my bro-in-law has plus 135000 on his 01 v6 convert., ite been modified and he runs it hard….engine is still tight and strong.
my last car was an 01 heavily modified gt…i sold it with 115,000 and it was still fast, tight (no leaks) and i ran it hard and fast.
the mustang engines are strong – but like any engine, regular care and attention will get you to high mileage.

A: I own a 2008 Mustang GT, I have driven hundreds of them and have never had a problem with them spinning out. They come standard with electronic traction control that does a great job stopping the rear wheel spin. You can turn the traction control off and spin the wheels – but unless you are specifically trying to spin out – it doesn’t just spin.
The thing I love the most about the Mustangs is they are VERY customizable. You can add thousands of aftermarket modifications and make it look and perform however you like.
I wouldn’t shy away from the Mustang at all!

A: I own a 2007 V6 Mustang Pony edition and I love it. I get around 18 mpg in the city and around 26 on the highway which is good. It has more than enough HP to burn the tires and pass cars with ease and it handles great…even in snow. Honda are overpriced junk and toyotas rust out quickly. Nothing can compare to the american muscle of the best selling car of all time…the Ford MUSTANG
